Craft

Coffee roasting is both an art and a science.

We embrace tradition while investing in thoughtful innovation that allows us to roast with exceptional precision and repeatability.

Our electric roasting technology is remarkably energy efficient, requiring approximately 1 kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity to produce about 5 pounds of finished roasted coffee. Because it uses electricity rather than natural gas as its heat source, there are no combustion byproducts from burning natural gas during the roasting process.

Technology alone, however, doesn’t make great coffee.

People do.

Every roast is guided by experience, observation, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Community

Coffee has always brought people together.
